Can you still breastfeed after getting a boob job, I want to have more kids but I don’t want my boobs to look like this forever, help.

Edit: I don’t want to wait til I’m done having kids, I’m 17 and just had my daughter in January. I want new boobs for my 18th bday😂 and I know that I want at least three kids 😂

If you're 17, you're not even done growing!!! 
Plus if you have more kids, your boobs are going to grow and shrink each time regardless of boob job.
It's typically recommended to wait until you're done growing (early 20s) and done having babies, unless you want to redo it again later.

I work in a plastic surgeons office, I highly suggest you wait until you’re done having children or at least be prepared that you will likely have to have them done again. You can have implants over and under the muscle- under muscle should pose no issues for breastfeeding.
