Is my cup too soft?

Ok ladies so i just got my first cup and i’m finding it impossible to open properly, for example i insert it with the fold facing back and it pops open all good up to now then i tug a little bit to make sure its sealed but its not so i pull it out its folded at the front 🤷‍♀️ no matter what fold i try which direction i put it when i pull it out its always folded back at the front its like my vagina is folding it!
