Depressed please help

I think I'm experiencing a early miscarriage :( af was 4 days late started spotting pink then brown then bright red the first day continue to spot bright red with the occasional blood clots an severe cramps the next couple of days I never spot before my period when my period comes it's heavy heavy if something like this has happen to you please comment your story I feel so alone :(
