33 weeks and stopped contractions

Im 33 weeks pregnant with faternal boy twins and came into the er last night with 4 to 5 minutes apart contractions and was 3cm dilated. They decided to keep for observation to make sure contractions stopped and to see if i further dialated by 4am they said I was at 4-5cm dialated but baby A's heart rate kept dropping to low randomly, his heart rate continued to do that until about 11am. Now im just waiting to get my other steriod ahot for their lungs and see how far I am dialated. I am just praying my boys are okay I dont want them to come to early.
