Diagnosed with miscarriage, but nothing yet!

Hi everyone! My first OB appt was April 11th. I was supposed to be 7 weeks 5 days, but the baby measured 5 weeks 5 days (with a gestational and yolk sac measurement of 8 weeks). No heartbeat detected. Doctor wanted me to come back in a week for a heartbeat check. The following week, fetal pole showed no growth and no heartbeat, but I did develop another yolk sac. Doctor told me it was most likely going to be mono mono twins and a chromosome issue in one baby kept the other from thriving. I’ve been at home for 3 weeks anticipating a miscarriage, but nothing has happened yet. I go back this Friday for another ultrasound. Does anyone have a similar situation to share or any incite at all?
