Get period earlier?

I am taking 24 active pills + 4 placebo. What would happen if I take 20 active pills and then make a break?
I need to get period earlier so I was wondering if that would work

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist to confirm but when I was on BC I was able to just skip my placebos and start a new pack of actice pills and skip my 'period' all together. Could be another option just to make sure you don't get it when you don't want to!

You’re better off completing your pack, but NOT taking the placebo & jump straight to taking your next pack. Just make sure you take the placebos with that one. It’s not good to skip too many periods. But that should be okay. I’ve done it. My dr said don’t do that for more than 3 cycles. So 2 will be okay I’m sure.

I wouldn’t do that. First of all you’re messing with your protection by not taking all the active pills. Secondly, yes your withdrawal bleed may start earlier but since you didn’t really take your pills correctly, it may be more unpredictable as your body may get a bit confused 🤔
