Implantation or period??

Question

I have been TTC 3 years. I had an ectopic pregnancy in December and got the ok to try again in February.  I am 10 days past ovulation and 4 days before my cycle is expected to start. Today I woke up with a bad headache, some cramping and spotting. I want this so bad to be implantation bleeding but am scared to death to take a test and get let down. Anyone know the difference besides the obvious online answers?

I don’t know but same thing over here. I’m 10dpo and started having brown spotting today. I told my husband it’s either a really good sign or my period is coming. Fingers crossed!

If it lasts more than two days or gets stronger than just spotting, it’s a period. Time will tell; there are no obvious universal ways to know which it is.

I had implantation bleeding the day my period was due. It was very brown, light intermittent cramping but was gone after that. I took a test a few days after when I got back home. Was super positive.
