Confused

Need advice , few nights ago had intercourse and it was painful at times and then afterward had extremely bad pain like cramps couldn't really move lasted about 20 mins. Then a couple night later had intercourse again this time was normal no pain nothing but when he pulled out there was blood on him I wiped but no flo or start of period at all and no pain. I'm needing so advice or ideas if this has happened to anyone or what your insites are. Please help , and thank you!
