Tilted uterus?

So since my first vaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks it has been an issue with not being able to find baby. 10 weeks now and got another vaginal ultrasound and still no baby until they did an abdominal ultrasound. They didn’t tell me nothing about it but can it be that I have a tilted uterus? Will I always have difficulty finding the baby? What about finding the heartbeat? My first pregnancy so I’ve been freaking out at every appointment lol. And my OB-GYN is a quiet one doesn’t say much and my appointments are in an out.

I have a titled uterus as well. My OB and ultrasound tech aren’t concerned as they said it has no affect on baby and could likely upright on its own. They were able to find baby abdominally at 10+5 without too much trouble!

With a tilted uterus, by the 12th week of pregnancy your uterus should have moved back to normal and should be able to see your baby xx

Why are they still doing transvaginal at this point?

My friend had a tilted uterus with 3 successful pregnancies 😊 as babies got bigger they were easier to find

I have a tilted uterus and have seen baby 3 times since 6 weeks.  Maybe get another opinion?

You also might want to find a different OB. If you don't like yours, your should be picky with your care. I know doctors are like this allot (probably not all). One reason I picked a midwife is because they are much more patient education focused and spend a lot of time answering questions etc. And can support an unmedicated or medicated birth.

I have a tilted as well. Not supposed to impact anything other than initial imaging and hearing hr. At 9w6d we couldn't hear HR worth Doppler. I had an abdominal ultrasound with full bladder (very important) and was able to see little one and get HR checked. 
Just think, that tilted, your baby is significantly farther away. And woman can have varying tilts. Mine might be a minor tilt, yours could be very tilted. As the baby grows your uterus should go to a normal position. It is what happens when the baby gets bigger. Has to flip forward ☺️
