Period already?! 😭

Period post birth- I’m 5 weeks pp and exclusively breast feeding day and night. I had a c section and had a week of pretty much no bleeding, maybe the occasional spotting. I am also on bc, mini pill.

As of yesterday I’m having what i swear is a period, cramping, back pain, craving all the crappy food. Bleeding quite heavily (like my normal) and have various clots.

I just cant fathom as im ebf and on bc that it is a period but everything is screaming it. Anyone have any insight or had their period back so quickly after birth while BF? 😩

Was hoping for another 6+ months without one tbh 😭
