Water birth/ tips
Hey ladies!!
I’m having my first in July and I am having a water birth but I am wondering if anyone has any tips to relieve the contractions and how to prevent tearing! I have a midwife and looking to have a calm but easy delivery hopefully! Also tips on how to have a quick recovery would be awesome as well! :D
