UTI help

So I have a new sex partner and I contracted a UTI, I started off by drinking A LOT of water to try and see if it would get better and 3 days later it started to get a lot better but I took an antibiotic pill just to be safe. I have Bactrim from a previous infection and decided to use it for my UTI. I took the first pill last night around six and it was very strong, making me feel very nauseous. This morning I only took half of a pill and noticed that all of the UTI symptoms were gone. I took another half tonight. If my symptoms are gone do you suggest that I continue to take the antibiotics? I don’t have health insurance at the moment and need some help. Thank you :)
