Neobona/harmony test
Our doctor in India told us to have a harmony dual marker test on monday- however as we don’t live there and we are seeing another doc in Ghana- he has told us to do the neobona advance test one week later. What is the difference between the two tests? Which is the most accurate ? When do we have to the test - after week 10/11/12? First trimester ?
