STD ??

I thought my sexual partner put on a condom last night but once everything was finished I found out he didn’t because he pulled out. I immediately rushed to the bathroom to pee and douche myself. They say douching gets rid of all bacteria good and bad. Could I still have an STD? I’m going to get checked to be sure but I’m nervous and extremely pissed at him. I told him I wanted to use condoms. He even had one in his hand. I assumed he put it on but it was so dark he tricked me and started without. It wasn’t even good by the way..... lucky me.
