IUD (Mirena) removal !

Hey y’all ! So I had my son back In October of 2017. I had hernia surgery, in November. Then in December 2017 I got my IUD put In. It gave me nothing but problems to begin with but I figured my body needed time to adjust. Fast forward a little over a year to now. I got it removed last Wednesday. I never got a period with the IUD and I’ve been on the pill since Thursday. I’ve had some spotting and blood. But mostly just when I pee. Has this happen to anybody who has had the Mirena ?
