Am I the only one?

2 weeks late for AF, I’ve been having lower back pain & major uterine cramps for the last week or so, headaches, Brest pain, bloating... etc. tested several times, but all come back negative. I’m so lost! If I’m not pregnant, then what’s going on?!?!
