Friend claiming baby name even though she’s not even pregnant?

My husband and I finally decided on a name we’re both in love with for our third and last baby❤️ I’ve been so excited that we finally decided on one and the fact that it’s so meaningful to us that I decided to tell some close friends and family her name before her arrival in early September. Today I saw my best friend for the first time in a while and when I told her the name we have chosen she was PISSED! She told me that this is the name she wants to use for her future daughter. I was shocked because she’s never mentioned loving the name before so I had absolutely no idea. She even went as far as telling me she won’t speak to me again if I name my daughter this name because its “hers” and reserved for her future daughter. The thing is my friend isn’t married, has no boyfriend and probably won’t have any kids for a long time, even if she does her kids may all end up being boys! I was so upset and feeling guilty so I talked to my husband about what happened and he said we’re absolutely not changing the name, that it’s extremely meaningful to our family and if she’s thinking about not being my friend anymore over a NAME then she wasn’t really my friend to begin with. I’m so in love with the name and really don’t want to change but should I? Am I terrible person for wanting to keep it? What would you do if you were in a similar situation?
