11 days old sleeping

Anyone else baby not want to wake up? We had a rough night last night where he was always wanting to nurse. We did this from 3 to about 6 and he was up a good part of the morning and then since 1pm he’s been sleeping. I gave him a bath and that woke him up and he nursed one breast for 12 minutes around 6 and nothing since....is this a growth spurt or could he just be really tired?
