Anyone have any tips to control sweating? I think it’s because of a medication I’m on (which I plan to talk to my doctor about switching) but I know it will be a bit of a process switching medications. My face sweats CONSTANTLY it’s so embarrassing, the more I sweat the more I think about it and the more I sweat. I think it’s partly anxiety. I’m in a wedding next week and I know I’ll just stand there SWEATING. I’m literally about to buy mini ice packs to stick in my dress I’m so desperate. Help!
