He erased a Snapchat conversation?

My boyfriend and I have been together a year and a half and I’m 6 weeks pregnant . Ever since, we’ve been butting heads more with the stress of finding out. Well we saw each other this weekend after not seeing each other for about a week and a half and I was on his phone messing around on his Snapchat when I saw a girl in his friend’s list. The only reason I noticed it is bc I’ll use his Snapchat to mess around and take pictures of him or us to save and sometimes I’ll send them to myself. I asked him who it was, playing around, and he said it was a girl he met at his vape shop. I didn’t really think anything of it until he told me that they would send snaps to each other but he claims that it was just of him vaping. It indicated something to me bc on the conversation list, her name didn’t show up. I later asked him if he cleared the conversation and he admitted it and says that it’s bc he didn’t want me to get jealous. But honestly, I wouldn’t have been bc he could’ve just shown me that it was just a few snapchats her and there like he claims. Idk what to think. I’m so heartbroken by the thought of him cheating 😢
