Contractions?
Can cramps be contractions? I’m a ftm and unsure. I’ve been getting mild like cramping all day up until maybe 10 minutes ago where the cramps got more intense and I can’t seem to get comfortable. They’re not timetable as in they’re just a persistent pain.
