Doggy pink eye!?

My dog has white discharge and her eye is really red and having a hard time keeping it open I believe she has pink eye.

Unfortunately I cannot take her to the vet because I have a newborn and really it’s my parents doggy lol she doesn’t seem to be in too much pain or anything she’s acting pretty normal otherwise! I was wondering if anyone knew any over the counter products I could try to use? We are scheduling her for an appointment but it won’t be until next week 😭

Im going to flush her eye with some distilled water to see if it will help with some of the gunk
