Marriage

My marriage is falling apart and my husband doesnt know if he wants to be married anymore, if he loves me anymore, if hes in love with me, and if hes attracted to me. After 7 years how do you just not know any of those things? My heart literally feels like it's been ripped out of my chest and I dont even know how to cope. I'm only 24 and have been with him since I was 17. He is my world but sadly I think my only option is to walk away. I never pictured myself 24 in a failing marriage 💔
