Rise in Estrogen/No Period/Neg Preg Test

This may be a long post, so bear with me. New to ovulation tracking, as my boyfriend and I decided to start conceiving before we get engaged/married (I’m 35 and he just turned 40). I started tracking my ovulation April 19th with the little sticks. It was positive, as well as the next few consecutive days. April 21st I had severe bloating/cramping; it felt the same as I felt 24 hours after taking a trigger shot and donating eggs (yes, I was a previous egg donor). I starting getting a negative read on April 24th. I ran out of the sticks and purchased the Clearblue Advanced Digital (set of 10 tests) because I didn’t trust myself or the app to effectively capture the 2 lines. I am on day 9 of the digital and this morning it read “High”, which means a rise in estrogen and get busy in bed.

If the non-digital sticks were accurate, I should technically be getting my period, and my estrogen should be low. Instead, I’m testing a rise in estrogen.

I still have not gotten my period, and I’ve taken 2 pregnancy tests this past weekend, both were negative.

I’m at a loss.
