Strange cramps but not super painful? Peak ovulation was on the 28th said my ovulation test had sex 24th, 28th &30th. I am 7DPO could these cramps be implantation or just PMS? And when should I take a test period is supposed to be on the 13th.

My ovulation is yhe same, im also 7-8dpo I'm also having period grams, mild though and back ache. I counted from the 1st day oc my last period plus 23 days which will put me at implantation today or tomorrow. Baby dust.
