Can someone please ease my mind

So I know it’s a pretty low chance of being pregnant but can someone please ease my mind. I’ve been on the combination pill for years and I’ve been especially good at taking it at the correct time this month and when I have sex with my partner he always pulls out or we have used condoms. However I’ve been having symptoms such as lower back pain, frequent urge to pee after just going (no UTI), peeing clear pee even when not drinking a lot of water, and excess discharge lately. Obviously google told me I was probably pregnant based on some of these symptoms. However I’ve taken 4 pregnancy tests (2 at home and 2 at the doctors office when I was trying to figure out the root of the cause) all came back negative. I took these last week (so a week before my period) So can someone please tell me that it’s really just not possible
