Terrible news

I have been hesitating to post on here. Only my husband and children know for now. We have been trying to have a baby for 3 years now. I started bleeding heavily for 3 months!! I've been bleeding so much, I am surprised I am still alive! I thought for sure it was a miscarriage!! They right away put me on progestrone to control the bleeding. And in an ultra- sound they found uterine polyps! I am beyond terrified!! Their only solution is surgical removal.
