Tragus Piercing

I’ve had my Tragus Pierced for just under a year now, and last night my earring must have came loose and fell out. I cant find my earring anyways but I had my spare and when I went to put it back in the hole had closed up at the back so I tried to put it back in and something popped and the it started bleeding loads so now I have nothing in and I think it’s already closed up. Does anyone know what I can do it get my earring back in???
