Almonds???

So my aunt told me she ate almonds the ending of her pregnancy and if she was lucky her labor was only 10 minutes!!! She had 6 kids!!!
Has anyone heard of this? I’m definitely trying it

I've heard things about dates making labor easier but not almonds.

She said it helped her with her deliveries 
Different things work for different people
I didn’t say it put her in labor.
It helped her and my cousin tried it also and it helped her too.. all 5 kids were easy birth except her last was emergency c section so... I’m trying it just Incase it doesn’t hurt...
