Implantation cramps?

I’m sorry, but anyone who ended up with a BFP and remembers implantation cramps- could you explain what they feel like?

I’m 10dpo and got a BFN this morning. All day I’ve been lightly cramping, but they feel a little bit lower than I’m used to. Almost like it’s being felt closer to my pelvic floor. When I got home I got this tingly sensation in what almost feels like my cervix? Kinda of feels like UTI? This is so hard to explain. Lol

I got a sharp pain on my ride side. Not extremely painful and it lasted barely a second.

Please help me.
