Just a dream?

So I have been trying to conceive for 2 years now & my period is finally regulated after taking birth control. Last night I had a dream about me being pregnant!! 
Any thoughts? Has anyone ever had something like this happen ?
My hubby is the oldest brother in his family & his younger brother already has 3 kids. 
So fingers crossed & please pray for us ❤️
