3 days late

Hey guys I'm 3 days late currently with reaaaally sensitive and sore nipples. I have slightly cramping but nothing to like flip about just pulling feeling. I know I actually ovulated earlier than i was supposed to! I'm unable to test right now as I'm looking after my grandmother so I'm not able to leave the house until someone comes round for me to be able to go home. Did anyone have these symptoms and ended up with a bfp? I'm so nervous! Also my cervix is high and closed if that adds up to anything❤️
