Elevated BBT after ovulation

I have a question for all of you ladies! I have been trying to get pregnant for 10 months with no luck. I’m feeling good about this time though (but trying not to get too excited). Anyway, I don’t ever run a fever or a high bbt. I usually run like 97.6 unless I’m ovulating. Well this cycle my bbt went down to normal for a little bit, but now it’s back up. I don’t really have any other symptoms of being sick. I am super tired though. And my sense of smell has been heightened. I’m not supposed to start my period until Monday, so it’s too early to test. I’ve read that you bbt can be spiked up when you’re pregnant. Has that happened to anyone else? Am I just looking for pregnancy symptoms that aren’t there? I’ve just been waiting for a baby for what seems like forever.
