Question about a pelvic exam!

I have my first one tomorrow morning at 9:00. They told me that I need to show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and I need to have a full bladder.

So does that mean I can't pee when I wake up? I usually have to go really bad when I first get up and I know I won't make it through getting ready and having to sit there doing paper work.

How do I do this?? Also, what is the full bladder for?
