Period

I got my first period back after having a miscarriage on the 31st March till 6th April then came back on again 14th April till 1st may... I started back on the pill on the 31sf but stopped on the 26th April as that’s why I thought I was bleeding so much...I’ve had spotting from 6th may and still little bits when I wipe... me and my partner have been having sex every Friday and Saturday as I haven’t been heavy at all... I’ve been feeling a little sick in the mornings from the 6th may and cramping, I’ve taken pregnancy test and they have come back negative... anyone know what’s going on
