Was it my period??

Hii! So I think I got my period yesterday, there was brown blood, reddish and pink with some brown discharge. I probably filled half a tampon each time I changed it every 4-6 hours. But it’s been lighter than normal, and I don’t see any bleeding today. I take my birth control pill on time everyday and my partner withdrawals every time or uses condoms. Also I’ve been anxious about getting it because I’ve been having some symptoms like lower back pain lately and frequent urination. However I’ve been really stressed lately apart from that with a lot going on. I took a test Tuesday night and it was negative and I took a test Wednesday morning and it was negative to rule out implantation bleeding. But it looks like I’m done bleeding and I’m really scared!
