Chemotherapy and pregnancy

Hello all! Long story short, in September 2015 I had to go through high dose chemotherapy to prep for my bone marrow transplant. I was told that I would likely lose my fertility so I had my eggs frozen before chemotherapy..fast forward to last year, I went to my gynecologist and she did an egg reserves blood test and she told me that she couldn’t detect any eggs! I took a pregnancy test last Thursday and it turns out I’m pregnant! Complete miracle baby! 😍my question is if anyone got pregnant after chemotherapy, can you still have a healthy baby afterwards? Thank you! I’m so scared that the chemo I went through damaged my egg! 😢
