Braxton Hicks really early?

This is my 4th baby. I am only 13 weeks, but my stomach has been feeling really weird lately. I keep getting what feels like Braxton Hicks, but I don't remember ever feeling them anywhere near this early. Google says that it is possible to feel them very early on, but it still makes nervous that something is wrong. Has anyone here had experience with Braxton Hicks starting really early in pregnancy, but went on to carry full term without complications?
