Super painful contraction
With my first baby, I didn’t have painful contractions at all until I was in labor.
I’m 34 weeks and I just had an incredibly painful contraction while sitting down that lasted a minute and I couldn’t breathe through.
I know you’re not in labor until contractions are consistent and getting closer together, but I thought I’d ask to see if anyone else has had super painful contractions and not been in early labor.
