Someone answer this
I have a question, this is my 3rd child & I don’t recall any of this happening before with my pregnancies but... I’m 13 weeks & 3 days and for the past two nights I’ve been having light cramping & it only happens at night. I used to have awful sickness but someone how it disappeared over night and I have an appetite and my stomach actually growls for food now. Are these normal symptoms in the second trimester or should I be worried
