Can I break my lease due to roaches?

Question

So I live in this apartment complex in California, I never had problems the first year up until now, out of no where I got roaches and they just started accumulating, and now there’s a roach infestation, I already told the apartments manager, the exterminator was supposed to come but NEVER DID. 
I have 2 kids and I cannot live in this dirty complex, I wanna try to find a way to break this lease so I can get the hell out of here, is there any suggestions? I never done this before so I need any advice.
ALSO, I wanted to know if they agree to break the lease and it goes smoothly, will I get my deposit back?

Oh girl I'm with you I hate roaches a couple years ago the house across the street was abandoned so they cleaned it up to resell and woke up a whole fucking colony and guess where they went yup our house and we have old warped wood on the outside so they'd get in through there we still get them but not in groups like we were the other day one was under my make up bag in our armour and I have my period snack stash in there I'm just lijecok lets close that take the chocolate take the jerky I can buy more.
    In your situation I agree pull out your contract and go over it and let your manager know you have kids and you can't lay down poison with young kids around if I were a mom is rather leave knowing I fought than have a sick kid because they hot a hold of some of the roach killer

Maybe.. In most states I'd say probably not but California's laws are all over the place.. so who knows.

Pull out your contract with the apartment complex and see if there’s a clause stating that it’s part of their duty to upkeep with things like pest control
