Just wondering.. 🤔

Do you need your actual social security CARD to apply for emergency food stamps or can you use a piece of paper with your social written down too??? Because i need food stamps asap me and my fiancé are currently jobless now. All three of our socials and birth certificates have been stolen and have no money to get new ones atm. 😬 We have WIC thankfully! But, it's not cutting it sadly and my family needs to eat properly and be able to have a breakfast lunch and dinner everyday.
