Blood thinner shot (Lovanox) while pregnant

Okay, so 2 years ago i had what was called an "unprovoked" pulmonary embolism (blood clot) in my lower right lung. I dealt with it until I lost all use of my right arm and couldn't breathe correctly. About 1-2 weeks. So anyway, fast forward and I was on blood thinner pills for 6 months. February of 2018 comes along and I get to stop it. Shortly after in late May I found out I was pregnant. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be. We had given up hope when in March we found out we were expecting again. Well, I was told on monday by a specialist that i had to take the lovanox shot 1x daily and at 36 weeks i would be switched to heparin 2x daily.

So I guess what I'm getting at is this; are there any moms out there that has had this happen to them and any tips they can possibly give me to help me get through this? I've only been doing it for 2 days and I'm already tired of it.
