Pre term labor concerns
I am 16 weeks pregnant and had an emergency cerclage done Monday due to a short cervix. Last August I lost my baby at 18 weeks due to my cervix dilating and my water breaking.
The doctors wanted me to start progesterone injections at 16 weeks this pregnancy but my insurance denied coverage because I didn’t meet fda requirements.
Has anyone else had this happen? And what did you do to avoid pre term labor?
