Missed pills

Okay, no judgement please.

I have a 4 month old so I'm quite busy and I have ppd, when I first started taking the pill, I set a alarm but am constantly changing the time of it to suit me better then something changes in my baby's routine and throws me off. By then I've forgotten my pill completely until the next day or even day after and then I'm panicking I will be pregnant again and taking 2 or 3 pills at a time. I don't want to have sex anymore and if I do, I have been using condoms but they have broken a few times and I never used to be this bad at taking my pill but my gp won't let me get any other birth control until I've finished all 3 packs which is just stupid. I've even gone back 3 times since and told them that it is not working for me anymore with the fact I am constantly forgetting as well as bleeding all the time. All I want is a coil cause I'm shit at taking my pill and I know I am, I can't have the implant cause it made me ill but I also don't want another baby.
