SURPRISE

Soooo today I went in to the surgical hospital, got through pre op and the RN comes in and says for my SO to leave the room.

—“the urinalysis came out positive for pregnancy.”

My whole head rung and I was like 😳😳😳 WHAT.

I told my SO and he started to get teary eyed because....i May have miscarried.

NOW I know sex causes pregnancy lol yada yada but I’m sitting there confused as hell BECAUSE I had my period or bled heavily from Sunday to yesterday and before that, i had a period three weeks ago...I did a blood HCG test and will do another Monday to find out if I just had a miscarriage.

I felt a little judged about being surprised like I was stupid For not knowing or how this happened and being that I’m 27 this would be my 5th child...my youngest just turned 5 months old.....I just woke up from a nap and I am still feeling confused about this whole thing..am I pregnant or did I miscarry? ☹️ I’m lost and confused right now. I’m so confused because I just had a period..or did I? Idk. Anyone else experience something like this?
