Is there a chance?

I’m 18. I recently had sex for the first time. I’m on birth control, we used a condom that didn’t tear, and he pulled out. My period is late by one day, which is unusual for me. But I had to start my birth control again about two months ago, and I’m very stressed and in a time of grief. Am I overthinking it, or is there a chance that I’m pregnant? Please help me, I’m freaking out.

Update: I’m not pregnant, I just have anxiety.
