First month using Premom OPK
Ovulation takes place between 12-24 hrs after peak, right? Also been having right side cramping and lower back pain.
So...would DPO1 be tomorrow (5/12) or Monday (5/13)?
Trying the egg meets sperm plan this cycle (I know we missed one “every other”) so, we’ll be tomorrow am, Monday and then skip a day. We also used Preseed at the beginning of my cycle.
