Miscarriage question 💔

How long did it take you ladies to get pregnant after your miscarriage. I miscarried recently. I am due for my 2nd period today , & I didn't start of course. So now I have all these questions going through my head. Could I have gotten pregnant again this quickly? Sounds way to good to be true. Part of me wants to run to the store and buy a test right now & the other part of me says it's too soon to do that. I hate going through this repetitive process & am just curious to see if other women got pregnant quicker afterwards.
