Questions!!! I NEED ANSWERS H.E.L.P

I feel so silly that I’ve got so many questions but i need to ask them because it’s hard for me to get in contact with my doctor. I’ve been taking the pill for about 2 weeks. And I haven’t notice Side effects or if they are just normal issues I have. I had tense breast these last couple days and I normally don’t get that until about a week until my period. And I’m about 11 days til mine. I feel more hungry lately and I don’t know if that’s the pill. I’m also super thirsty. Don’t know if that has anything to do with them either. I never notice much nausea but some times I’ll get hints of it but can’t figure out if it’s from the pill or not. Also get weird mood swings these last few days. Don’t know ifs it’s my period symptoms coming early of the pill. Ugh my body just feels weird and I don’t know if it’s the pill or just my weird body
